The service level is always being attended. The guarantee period for TMR mixers «Hozain» is 12 months, after which the companies «Zapagromash» Ltd. And «Intensive Technologies» Ltd. provide for post warranty service and spare parts’ supply. Advanced system of service is developed in the Russian Federation and CIS countries: there are 60 service centers in all federal districts that provide for operative service and spare parts’ supply basing on their own parts’ stocks.
